Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Hardware

  Carefully pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all antennas, power adapters, mounting kits, and documentation.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Once your RMA is approved, print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the hardware for serial number verification and performance standards before issuing a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
